Returns & Refunds
We want you to keep wearing it — but if it's not right, returns are simple.
30-day returns
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
Customers in the European Union additionally retain their statutory 14-day right of withdrawal; our 30-day policy goes beyond this minimum.
How it works
- Contact us via the Contact page with your order number and the reason for return.
- We'll reply within one business day with return instructions.
- Once the item is received and inspected, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Return shipping
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect — in that case we cover everything and prioritize a replacement or full refund.
Exchanges
Need a different size? Contact us and we'll arrange an exchange, subject to stock availability. Check the size chart on each product page before ordering — our sizes are listed in EU/US sizing with exact garment measurements.
Non-returnable
Items that are worn, washed, or missing tags cannot be accepted for return.
