Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.
Delivery times
- United States: 7–14 business days
- Europe: 7–14 business days
- Rest of world: 10–20 business days
Delivery estimates begin once your order has shipped, not when it is placed. During peak periods or promotions, processing may take an additional 1–2 days.
Shipping costs
Free shipping on all orders over €50. Below that, shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination.
Customs & duties
International orders may be subject to local import duties or taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
Order issues
If your tracking hasn't updated for more than 10 days, or your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, contact us via the Contact page and we'll make it right — replacement or refund, your choice.
