Terms of Service

These terms govern all purchases made through this store. By placing an order, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use this store.

1. Products and orders

All products are described and photographed as accurately as possible; minor variations in color may occur due to screen settings. An order is accepted when you receive an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in case of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock unavailability — in such cases you will be notified and any payment refunded in full.

2. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in the currency selected at checkout and include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs, if any, are shown at checkout before you confirm your order. Payment is processed securely by our payment providers; we never see or store your full card details.

3. Shipping

Delivery times and costs are described in our Shipping Policy. International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

4. Returns and refunds

Returns are governed by our Refund Policy: 30 days from delivery, items unworn and with tags attached. Consumers in the European Union additionally retain their statutory 14-day right of withdrawal.

5. Legal guarantee of conformity

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity: if a product is defective or not as described, you are entitled to repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with applicable law. This guarantee is not affected by our voluntary return policy.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of this store or its products. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable consumer protection law.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this store — text, images, and branding — is our property or used with permission and may not be reproduced without consent.

8. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Slovenia, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence. Consumers in the EU may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published at the time of your order applies to that order.
